Survey and feedback participants are anonymous to SafePorter by design. We hold data without knowing who it belongs to. This is the foundation everything else rests on.
Respondents can opt out, amend, correct, or delete their data at any time — directly, without requesting access through SafePorter or the client. When a response is amended, the new information overwrites the prior answer.
Clients receive aggregate data only. If a respondent's data would alter the aggregate in a way that could make an individual identifiable — due to timing, small group size, or number of respondents — that data is held back from the client dashboard until the risk of identification passes.
SafePorter IDs are de-activated at the time of respondent off-boarding, termination of engagement with client, or scheduled retention requirements. Respondent personal data is permanently deleted and removed from the DataProtected system upon de-activation of the SafePorter ID or when the respondent selects "Delete my Data", whichever is sooner.
